My Dog Eats Grass And Then Throws Up. He Recently Ingested Grass While dogs may eat grass for a variety of reasons with no adverse effects dogs that arent feeling well for other reasons may eat grass and vomit their stomach contents possibly removing whatever may have made them sick. Dogs often eat grass when they have an upset stomach which can sometimes induce vomiting. This is natural IMO for dogs to eat some grass and weeds. I wont say that they cannot or do not put 2 and 2 together though.
